It is hard to believe ten years have past since Ann Haney Ministries was birthed. So much has shaped the journey that has brought me to where this ministry is today. There have been smiles and trials, tears and fears, miracles, overwhelming joys, growing pains, tested faith but above all— a faithful God who never left or forsook the ones He called.

The Why Behind The Call…..

In 2001 our family heard the call of God on our life to move forward and start a publishing company calling it Aaron Publishing. Why Aaron? Aaron upheld the arms of Moses ministry in the Bible and we knew God was calling me into a full-time speaking ministry although at the time it had not yet been birthed (I had only begun writing books.) Aaron Publishing would eventually play a role in Ann Haney Ministries. However, we had much to learn and growing was a large part of the process. There were indeed things we did not wish to let go of in order to move forward into the promised land. Sometimes the things you hold onto have to be removed to allow you to move your other foot forward to enlarge your territory. Circumstances came about that caused us to lose our home and became homeless with five children under the age of thirteen. (Let me say at times like this we must choose to let trials train us to become better not bitter and endure the hardship on the way to the promise trusting the process led by an ever-present God who ALWAYS works behind the scenes.) We spent the next two years traveling from place to place trying to stay afloat and reevaluate the call we so clearly heard. We as Jonah did find out the hard way going to Tarsus even after God said go to Ninevah. This was the belly of the whale experience for us and the turning point and yes….

The Vision of Ann Haney Ministries…..

It was time for change. I remember telling God if He would turn around this situation I would go and help as many people as I could. Why? Because it was during these two years of eating from the food banks and seeing people just like us, hurting and hoping, that I developed a heart to see hope change to happening. Change came in the heart decision first, then the circumstances aligned. God provided just enough money to take us to the place He told us to go in the first place. This was in 2003.

The Birth of Ann Haney Ministries…..

The next six years can best be described as a growing time. Books were written, over 18 to be exact. It was indeed a time of studying to show yourself approved unto God (2 Tim. 2:15). I became an ordained minister in 2009. Shortly after we would face another difficult financial challenge and this is when God would show He is indeed Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. God began to teach me the principles of coupons which sustained and supported our household by saving us $800 a month while we had no household income for a period of 8 months. During this time the Lord reminded me of a promise I had made him in 2003 to help other people when He took us out of our homeless situation. How could I do this? That morning a newspaper was laying on the counter that said, “Food Banks Need Your Help.” An idea came to me...the ladies at the bank had been asking me to tell them how I coupon, what if I taught a small class at a local church and promoted the local food bank for food donations. What I thought would be a small class at a local church turned into 120 people showing up to learn the art of couponing to help their families. I began teaching these classes and thus the beginning of a ministry that has branched out in many directions sharing through personal experience life’s battles and victories as a motivational speaker and ordained minister and author of over 20 books. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!

Where Are We Headed…..

Ann Haney Ministries has launched a program for Universities “Building Millennial Success Business & Personal Empowerment Conference: Connecting Purpose & Passion to Unlock Success.” We have formed a team of 5 anointed speakers who will be ministering to Millennial’s by revealing the enemy’s plan to steal their purpose and teaching them the truths found in God’s word on how to overcome and live victorious despite the struggles that come their way. This team will expose and conquer the tough topics of bullying, sexting, suicide, music, social media, television, abuse, drugs, alcohol, rejection, single parenting, homosexuality, sexual harassment, rejection, and more.

How Are We Different…..

           A multitude of programs have been introduced but we have yet to see alarming statistics change. Many have sought answers by taking away privileges or enforcing actions but these have only added more conflict to an already arising problem. It seems many are busy shifting the blame instead of finding the solution which has always been facing the truth and seeking the one who still has the power to help us live victoriously. The enemy is very clever at distracting people from reality thus keeping them from victory. Our speakers come transparently real before their audience from a life of experience that has taken them from distraction and defeat to focus and favor. Many wear a mask today appearing to have all the answers but our speakers come unmasked with the answers God has revealed to them personally in their own lives.

How Will We Do This….

•We will help each individual discover who they are in Christ understanding that their past does not determine their destination and helping them realize their equality with all individuals despite back ground, race, or gender.

•We will help each individual uncover negative unproductive mindsets that keep them from permanently changed positive lifestyles.

•We will help them develop appropriate reactions to inappropriate actions that come against them challenging their continued freedom.

•We will help each individual develop a time-management plan that eliminates stress and maximizes potential.

•We will help each individual develop leadership qualities that take initiative in society involvement.

•We will help each individual utilize social media to make positive impacts to society.
